This is so interesting! I look forward to visiting the archives again. Last year I was there researching the Ahern papers. Guess what I found? A copy of the land grant by Governor Dinwiddie to Edmund Pendleton, granting the 3,000 acres, part of which incorporates some of the Greenbelt and Exchange Place. Enjoy your vacation.
